Orders typically take up to 5 business days to complete, plus shipping time which is usually 2-3 days.
Custom orders, wedding packages or large orders take up to 3 weeks to create, however if you're in a rush please let us know and we can speed up the process

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items in original condition.
Personalised items are not refundable however if in the rare occasion the goods arrive damaged we will refund or replace the product.
